Secure Shipment Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

"Shipper": The party sending the goods.

"Carrier": The entity responsible for transporting the goods.

"Recipient": The party receiving the goods.

Shipment Process:

The shipper is responsible for securely packaging and labeling the goods for transportation.

The carrier will make reasonable efforts to ensure the safe transport of the goods from the point of origin to the destination.

The recipient must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify the carrier and shipper of any damage or discrepancies within [X] hours of delivery.

Liability and Insurance:

The shipper is responsible for insuring the goods against loss or damage during transit, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Customs and Regulatory Compliance:

Any fines, penalties, or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete documentation are the responsibility of the shipper.

Inspection and Acceptance:

The recipient must inspect the goods upon delivery and note any visible damage or discrepancies on the carrier's delivery receipt.

Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage indicates acceptance of the goods in their current condition.

Claims and Disputes:

In the event of loss, damage, or dispute, the recipient must promptly notify the carrier and shipper in writing.

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted within [Z] days from the delivery date.

Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve any claims or disputes in a timely manner.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
